During nearly 10 years with SIA, Jessica has trained hundreds of tracking volunteers, and contributed immensely to the conservation of wildlife, and predators in the Sky Islands. She has stewarded our Wildlife Linkages Program into its 15th year collecting valuable information to aid in the preservation and creation of safe space for wildlife to roam unimpeded across the landscape. Jessica will be missed by many that have worked with her over the years, including all of us here at Sky Island Alliance.

Please join us in wishing Jessica all the best, and celebrating 15 years of one of our signature citizen science programs, with light refreshments, a potluck lunch, a special surprise for Jessica, and tracking activities, in the historic ghost town of Ruby, AZ.

The celebration gets underway at 10am on the beach in Ruby (Directions Map) with a potluck lunch at 12 noon, and wildlife tracking throughout the afternoon. Please bring something to share if you like! Official activities will wrap up around 4pm, and everyone is invited to camp out under the stars in Ruby Saturday night! There are many great places to camp, and plenty more things to explore throughout the area! You are responsible for your own food and water for camping.
