Every year our Program Director Emily Burns makes a highlights video of wildlife in her backyard and then sets it to music from Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker.” We hope you enjoy this festive celebration of wildlife in the Sonoran Desert through the seasons of 2022! It was filmed with motion-activated trail cameras on private land near Saguaro National Park in Tucson, Arizona, on the traditional homeland of the Tohono O’odham, Pascua Yaqui, and other Indigenous peoples.
