Ranchos Regenerativos TechnicianHello, I’m Michell Cordova, and I’m originally from Cananea, Sonora. I’m about to complete my degree in Environmental Science Engineering at the Universidad de Sonora. I’ll be joining the team as a Ranchos Regenerativos technician, and I’m very happy to be part of this project. My goal is to continue developing in a dynamic environment committed to nature, and I believe Sky Island Alliance perfectly suits my goals.
My interests include livestock and mining, as I’m originally from Cananea, where these activities support the city’s economy and have done so for generations. Also prominent in the region are the Sonora River and San Pedro River basins, which directly influence the water supply for the city and its surrounding areas.
