The Border Wildlife Study Rodeo

For many youngsters around the West, it is Rodeo Break. I hardly ever went to the actual Rodeo, but I sure miss having those two days off! In our Border Wildlife Study, I’ve seen plenty of animals both cattle and wildlife having their own rodeo days all year long—with no stinkin’ humans around.

Enjoy this selection of animals leaping around the borderlands, having a buck wild time!

Yee, and I can’t stress this enough, haw

See ya space cowboy. White-tailed deer

You’ve yeed your las haw, partner. Mexican jay and Arizona gray squirrel

Shout out to the ranchers that fix our cameras when the cattle bowl them over!
